    A one-day celebration designed for everyone from curious sippers to seasoned connoisseurs. The Melbourne event will feature established and emerging tea brands, alongside hands-on workshops, educational talks and immersive experiences exploring the evolving world of tea.

Whether you're curious about tea basics or ready to craft your own signature blend or deep dive into specialised regions; our expert-led experiences offer guided tastings, and the knowledge to transform your tea journey. Boutique sessions are carefully designed for 10 people only to ensure personalised attention and unforgettable moments.
Harumi Oshitani

A tea instructor who is certified by Nihoncha Instructor Association and is one of 224 senior certified Japanese tea instructor globally. She has a passion to share authentic experiences with local tea enthusiasts in Australia. She is also a qualified tea educator as well as the Japan Tea Goodwill Ambassador to Australia.

Harumi Oshitani

David Lyons

David Lyons, Australian tea industry specialist of over 26 years, Member of theChina International Tea Cultural Institute, and guest speaker on tea and its culture, with three papers and
numerous articles published. David was also the founder of  the Australian Tea Cultural Society (AUSTCS).  

Impala & Peacock

Tea Sommelier and High Tea Restauranteur, Sarah, alongside husband Ruan founded Impala & Peacock in Brunswick 2014. From its inception, the brand continues to celebrate both sides of the tea experience. 

Tea with Annie

Join Tea with Annie for your destiny in the tea leaves! To celebrate her 25 years of tea reading; Annie will guide you through the art of Tasseomancy and help you peek into the future with tea. 

CHAI WALLI

Chai Walli is a Melbourne-based artisan masala chai brand founded by Uppma Virdi, a first-generation Indian-Australian who draws on her family’s Ayurvedic spice wisdom to create handcrafted authentic chai blends.
